Service Description
If you have been notified that your garment is ready for pickup please select this option. All pick-ups require a final fitting so be prepared to bring shoes or any other items necessary with you on this day. Only select this option if you have been called or your appointment will be cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
Please do not reply to this email for cancellations or changes to your appointment. Changes can be made online by creating an account or calling us at (914) 337-5887. We allow a 10 minute grace period for appointments. Late arrivals will automatically be cancelled and customers will have to reschedule. If you cannot make it to your appointment please extend the courtesy to our staff members to either call or cancel via our website.
