Preserve your dress with us! Your dress will be inspected, professionally cleaned and can be preserved with up to 5 items of your choice.

Cancellation Policy

Please do not reply to this email for cancellations or changes to your appointment. Changes can be made online by creating an account or calling us at (914) 337-5887. We allow a 10 minute grace period for appointments. Late arrivals will automatically be cancelled and customers will have to reschedule. If you cannot make it to your appointment please extend the courtesy to our staff members to either call or cancel via our website.
