Answers To Your Questions
How far in advance should I book my special event appointment?
We suggest booking your appointment as much in advance as possible. Wedding dress alterations should be started at least 2 months in advance. Wedding gown alterations are more time consuming and complex than most realize. This gives us adequate time to do the alterations, have you return for a fitting, then make any final adjustments, finish and finally steam the dress.
How long does it take to get my garment back?
Every alteration project is different. We suggest you make an appointment and come in for a fitting. We will determine the scope of the project and according to when your event is, we will coordinate a pick-up date that works for you.
How much will it cost to alter my dress?
We encourage you to make an appointment and visit us to try on your garment. We will be glad to do a fitting with you and provide a price then and there. Every dress is different. Some require more work than others and are more complex to alter. We especially try to maintain the integrity and details of every dress. The only way to understand the inner workings of how a garment was made is to see it in person. Only you and your seamstress will ever know your dress was altered.
Why don't you have prices on your website?
Every project is unique to the individual, the same way no two persons are alike, no two garments are either. We charge specifically and only according to the work that needs to be done. Every quote and price is tailored to the individual and their project needs.
Can I get a quote to fix my dress over the phone if I describe what needs to be done?
Unfortunately we do not provide prices for alterations over the phone. Unlike other bridal shops, we do not have a flat pricing system. This ensures our customers always get a fair and accurate cost. Every project is unique to the individual, the same way no two persons are alike, no two garments are either.

What do I need to bring with me for a design consultation?
